We aim to educate, advocate, engage, and empower the Hofstra community by cultivating partnerships and resources to create and sustain a diverse culture of belonging. Leveraging diversity across all spectrums is how we all achieve success.

Micro-Grants
Development by promoting and upholding the core values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
Certificate in Inclusive Leadership Program (CILP)
Provides evidence-based skills and practices that advance equity, inclusion, and belonging in school districts and organizations.
Workshops and Training Sessions
These sessions are tailored to meet the needs of units, departments, committees, student organizations, and athletic teams. Workshop requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance.
EthicsPoint
Hofstra University supports an environment characterized by open and honest communication, and it encourages members of the community to seek out the appropriate University personnel when they believe policies or standards have been violated.
