The mission of the Hofstra University Sports Performance Summer Camp is to provide the highest level of athletic performance training in an environment that prioritizes safety, builds positive self-esteem, and promotes a desire for lifelong growth. Athletes will have the opportunity to
work with current and certified Division I strength and conditioning coaches at Hofstra University, and be training in a Division I training facility. The most current and scientifically-backed training methods are used on a consistent basis to emphasize speed, agility, power, strength, mobility, stability, coordination, and core strength.
