Environmental wellness is the ability to recognize responsibility for the earth and make a positive impact on the quality of our environment (home, communities, work, planet).


Tips

  • Eat local and shop at farmer’s markets. Local foods have more nutrients due to usually being consumed closer to harvest, eating local foods also saves a lot of pollution caused by transportation.
  • Use reusable shopping bags.
  • Use a reusable water bottle
  • Turn it off: If you aren’t using it, turn it off – the tv, lights when you leave the room, the water while brushing your teeth.
  • Recycle
