Hundreds of media industry leaders inspire students at Hofstra
WRHU Radio partnered with TALKERS in 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, and 2016 to bring their national news/talk media convention to Hofstra. Each year, hundreds of top-tier media professionals were on-site at Hofstra for students to learn from and network with.
On June 7, 2024, WRHU was honored to have Fred Toucher from Boston's home for Sports 98.5 FM "The Sports Hub" broadcast his show live from the WRHU FM studios at Hofstra! This was just prior to his speaking down the hall at TALKERS 2024!
