Environmental Wellness
Environmental Wellness involves being able to be safe and feel safe. This may include access to clean air, food, and water; preserving the community in which we live, learn, and work; occupying environments that support our well-being; and promoting learning, contemplation, and relaxation in natural places and spaces.
Environmental Wellness Tips
- Make time to be in nature often during each week. Have lunch outside when possible.
- Recycle as much as possible.
- Decorating your room to be pleasing and relaxing.
- Replace chemical cleaning products with natural alternatives.
- Limit your screen time.
- Declutter your space.
