Midsemester Courses
There will be a limited number of midsemester sections offered during the fall 2024 semester. They will be reserved for students seeking to replace a course in which they are struggling or students currently with part-time standing (less than 12 credits) seeking to have full-time status (if you are unsure of how your current status impacts your financial aid, please contact Student Financial Services at (516) 463-8000 or sfs@hofstra.edu). If you believe you meet any of these criteria, please fill out our survey no later than Wednesday, September 25, 2024 and a member of the Center for University Advising (CUA) team will be in touch with feedback regarding your eligibility within two business days. Approved students can enroll for a maximum of one mid-semester course and will be provided instructions on how to complete the registration change.
Any seats in midsemester courses that remain available after these populations have been served will be offered to the general student population starting Friday, September 27. Mid-semester courses are scheduled to begin the week of Monday, September 30.
