TRADITIONAL, ONLINE, OR HYBRID STUDY

Choose from 10 concentrations within Hofstra’s Master of Business Administration (MBA). The MBA fits into your professional and personal schedule:

  • FLEXIBLE MODALITY - In-person and online courses available through your program of study. Online offerings vary by concentration.
  • EVENING - Take advantage of weeknight evening courses on campus.
  • INDIVIDUAL ADVISEMENT - Study at your own pace, part-time or full-time. The full- time option can be completed in as few as 16 months, and our part-time program is among the top 100 part-time MBA programs in the nation as ranked by U.S. News & World Report.

GMAT/GRE scores are NOT required for admission for candidates who have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.   

Scholarships are available for qualified candidates based on academic merit, with the potential of additional funding for those who submit a strong standardized test score. Professionals are encouraged to check with their employer for additional tuition benefits.

All MBA concentrations are considered science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) designated business programs and can be completed in-person or hybrid:

Start your Graduate Business Application online where you can upload the following documents:

  • Transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities. You may initially submit unofficial copies of your transcripts for your application review, but official transcripts will be required once you are accepted into the program.
  • Résumé listing your professional experiences.
  • GMAT/GRE scores are NOT required for admission for candidates who have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. Applications may be strengthened and considered for additional scholarship money by submitting a strong standardized test score.

Current Hofstra students interested in dual undergraduate/graduate study should contact their academic advisor.

International students: Please review additional admission requirements. MBA Accounting ONLY – this is a licensure eligible program and we require international transcripts to be evaluated by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) International Evaluation Services.

The Frank G. Zarb School of Business MBA program is 36 credits. Raise your career profile and professional value with an advanced degree in any of the following concentrations:

Accelerated One-Year Hybrid MBA

The Accelerated MBA program is designed for students with a business administration background seeking to complete their MBA in one year.  Students can start the accelerated MBA program in fall and spring semesters.  The program is a 38 credit program with courses offered during the day and evening.
