Dana Moore-Fellini has had a career in healthcare for over 20 years. Her areas of expertise include operations, business development, human resources, project management, event planning and patient and customer experience.

Ms. Moore-Fellini earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Adelphi University, later obtaining her Master’s degree of Health Administration from Hofstra University.

Ms. Moore-Fellini has held several jobs in the healthcare industry where she managed the day-to-day operations of multiple ambulatory practices spanning from Long Island to New York City.

She is currently an active member in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Raven Brewington is currently an IT&S Project Manager on the Epic Transformation Implementation Team at Northwell Health. She completed her Administrative Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. This provided an opportunity to work on various optimization, implementation and operational projects across the clinical spaces and the enterprise. Specifically including Education, Human Resources, Marketing, Hematology Oncology Division as interim Operations Manager, and Information Technology with both Epic and Advance Care at home. Prior to, Raven joined Weill Cornell Medicine after graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science from Temple University.

Raven then discovered her interest in information systems and the ability to improve clinical documentation workflows which led her to become Epic Certified in Ambulatory, Inpatient Clinical Documentation, and Grand Central (ADT) modules.

She has served in various leadership capacities for the National Association of Health Services Executives (N.A.H.S.E.) at the national level, New York Regional Chapter, and the Arizona Chapter.

Raven has also held memberships in Healthcare Leaders of New York Chapter of the American College of Health Care Executives (ACHE). Raven obtained a Master of Health Administration (‘19) and a Master of Public Health (‘20) from Hofstra University. In the midst of building her professional resume, she has continued to be an active lifetime member of Girl Scouts of Nassau County from Troop Leader to Board Committee member, Temple University Black Alumni Alliance Board Member, and member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

David Riviere, is a graduate from the Athletic Training EP and the Masters of Health Administration MHA program from the school of health professions. He has remained an active member of the Hofstra community and advocate for the school and programs. He currently is a leader at Northwell Health where he has been for the last 8 years, furthering his career within the outpatient network. He is a devoted father, brother, friend and colleague.  Mentoring and fostering networking opportunities are some of his core attributes

Brittany Levine, MHA was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After discovering her passion for health administration as a volunteer at UPMC Children’s Hospital, she moved to New York to pursue educational training in the healthcare industry. She is the Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing for Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) Education Institute. Brittany is highly driven to create a more efficient, effective, accessible, and culturally competent healthcare system that provides excellent quality of care to every patient. She has enjoyed serving in various administrative roles across the healthcare arena including medical education, research, and clinical care. A career highlight was being a co-author on “Influence of Framing: Recruitment to a Diabetes Disease Management Program From an Emergency Department Improves Enrollment and Outcomes”, which was published by Cureus in 2021. Brittany earned her Master of Health Administration and Bachelor in Community Health degree from Hofstra University. She is proud to serve as the Marketing and PR co-chair for Hofstra University’s Alumni Organization.

Robert received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens College of the City of New York and his Master of Health Administration from Hofstra University. After graduating Queens College, Robert took a detour from his anticipated path in healthcare and started his own business. Robert’s company was engaged in the wholesale, import/export of party goods and Halloween-related products. The company grew by leaps and bounds over many years, with Robert at the helm, leading a group of over 100 staff members. Yet Robert continued to have a yearning to follow his original passion, and in 2021 made the decision to enter the MHA program at Hofstra and has not looked back. He was President of the Future Healthcare Leaders Organization on campus, and he graduated May 2023. He just completed a one-year Administrative Fellowship at Maimonides Health, with its campus in Borough Park, Brooklyn. His rotations at Maimonides were in the Executive Office, where he worked with Senior Leadership on projects to foster patient-centered care and optimum patient experience in the organization. Robert has recently been hired at Maimonides as Operations Manager – Department of Surgery. In addition, he works part-time as an Administrator-on-Duty at The Parker Jewish Institute for Rehabilitation and Nursing. Robert has worked in other healthcare-related capacities as well.

Dr. Carle-Marie Memnon is a board-certified Health Care Executive with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector. She has served in leadership roles at Hospital for Special Surgery, Yale School of Medicine, Medstar Georgetown University Hospital and NYU Langone - Long Island (formally Winthrop-University Hospital). Her experiences have included directing the administration, accreditation and oversight of the operations and strategic vision for Graduate Medical Education programs. Her background includes human resources, budgeting, operations, project and event planning.

Dr. Memnon is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the School of Health Sciences, she is a member of Hofstra University School Health Sciences Dean's Council and has served as a Past President of the Hofstra University Master of Health Administration (MHA) Alumni Association.

Carle-Marie is the President of Healthcare Leaders of New York (HLNY).  She has served as a Past President for the National Association of Health Service Executives (NAHSE), New York Regional Chapter. She is a Past Regent-At-Large for District 1 of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Inaugural Chair of the Healthcare Leaders of New York (HLNY) Diversity Committee and has served on several ACHE committees.

She received the Hofstra University Alumni Achievement Award in September 2021, in 2022 received the Young Gifted and Black (YGB) Strategic Mentorship Award in Health & Human Services, in 2023 the United States President’s Lifetime Volunteer Service Achievement Award and CareStar Healthcare Leader Award, and 2023 NAHSE New York Regional Chapter Dr. Sandra R. Gould Women of Distinction recipient.  Most recently received the ACHE Exemplary Service Award in June 2024.  Carle-Marie is a long-time member on the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA) Volunteer Planning Committee and has served as a Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut volunteer.

Dr. Memnon received her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from Fordham University. She holds a Master of Arts in Health Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University. She earned a Certificate in Human Resources Studies from Cornell University. She completed her doctorate degree in healthcare leadership and management at the Medical University of South Carolina.
