Alumni

Alumni have access to the following IT services after graduation:

  • My.Hofstra.edu Portal
    • Order/view transcripts
    • Update contact information
    • Hofstra Gmail System
    • Hofstra Google Drive/Docs
    • Online Alumni Directory
    • Pride Career Management System (Handshake)

The following services are eliminated or modified for alumni, approximately 90 days after their last date of attendance:

  • Computer Lab Access - Access to Hammer Lab is permitted with a valid Hofstra Alumni ID only.
  • Hofstra Workstation Access - Generic login on computers in Axinn Library and Hammer Lab only.  See Student Technical Support for assistance.
  • PridePrint Access - Printing is unavailable to alumni.  PridePrint accounts, along with any unused print credits, are deleted approximately 90 days after last date of attendance.
  • F: Drive (home directory) - Network home directories are deleted approximately 90 days after last date of attendance.
  • Library Online Databases - Hofstra's Online Research Databases are only accessible from campus computers in the Axinn Library or Hammer Lab.
  • Wireless Access - Wi-Fi access on campus is limited to the 'Hofstra Guest' wireless network.
