Bio
Dr. Richard White is a recognized expert in the fields of cybersecurity infrastructure and cybersecurity program development. With over 25 years of experience in systems design, security technology implementation and security policy development and enforcement, Richard has developed innovative and affordable approaches for the rapid deployment of cyber threat detection and remediation technologies. In addition to serving as the current CISO for Flushing Bank he was also the Managing Director for Oxford Solutions. Richard is an adjunct professor for Hofstra University and is also an adjunct professor for the University of Maryland Global Campus in the Cybersecurity & Information Assurance program where he also serves as the Course Chair for the CSIA capstone course - Practical Applications in Cybersecurity Management. Prior to his tenure at the United States Capitol Police he provided systems engineering and information assurance consultation for the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense and civilian agencies of the federal government.Recent Courses Taught
