Bio

Kathleen Mazza PhD, RN, MBA is a Senior Advisor/Strategist in Population Health Informatics at Northwell Health and an adjunct professor in Health Informatics for masters students in Hofstra University’s School of Health Professions and Human Services. In her role at Northwell she is responsible to identify technical solutions to support clinicians in value-based care models, chronic disease management, and patient engagement. Her doctoral research was focused on the use of chatbots to gather patient-generated-health-data to reduce avoidable hospital readmissions.
