Bio

Christina Kelly-Henn teaches public relations courses in the graduate program in The Lawrence Herbert School of Communication's Department of Journalism, Media Studies, and Public Relations.

Professor Kelly-Henn earned a BA in public relations from Hofstra University and an MA in publishing and creative writing from Kingston University in London. Professor Kelly-Henn is currently the Director of Corporate Communications for the New York Mets - a lifelong dream job as a Mets fan! Prior to this role, Professor Kelly-Henn was a Vice President in Employee and Culture Communications at BNY and spent numerous years as a communications manager for Allstate Insurance. Professor Kelly-Henn specializes in digital and social media, integrating marketing and communications and exploring these avenues to learn the most effective ways to communicate with audiences.

Professor Kelly is a proud recipient of the 2022 Ragan Communications' Dynamic Doers Award and PR News' 2017 Rising PR Stars.
