Bio
Jean R. Cesarius is an Adjunct Lecturer at Hofstra University. Prior to joining Hofstra, he was and still teaching as an adjunct teaching Mathematics at York College CUNY, and Borough Manhattan Community College, as well as Provost assistant at York College, CUNY. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and Architecture from Haiti. He holds an AAS from Nassau Community College (NCC), a B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Sciences From York College, CUNY, and M.S. in Pure and Applied Mathematics from Queens College, CUNY, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with concentration in Higher Education from Trident University (TUI).

Factors and strategies enhancing first-year college students learning, design and improve educational programs for first-year college students learning improvement.
