Professor (Mr.) Lee Bogner is a leading AI, GenAI / LLM, ECommerce, Analytics, Information Systems and Global Digital Ecosystems and Business Model professional, innovations strategist, chief enterprise architect, futurist, strategic alliances & corporate development VP, entrepreneur, computer scientist, author, inventor, keynote conference speaker and educator with over 25 years senior-level corporate and university experience guiding enterprise C-Suite and startup senior executives, teams and business partners, in information strategy, artificial intelligence (AI), eCommerce, information systems, software, technology, operations management, and leadership excellence. Mr. Bogner earned his Master of Business Administration [MBA] degree in Information Systems and Quantitative Analysis (Data Science) - dual majors from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John's University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from Le Moyne College, Syracuse, NY. Prof. Bogner has also studied at Hofstra Zarb, The Juilliard School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and The New School.

Mr. Bogner joined Hofstra University, Frank G. Zarb School of Business, IS & BAN Department in the fall of 2012, and began developing online, distance learning curriculum in strategic information systems and ECommerce. Since 2010, he has been a visiting professor, guest teaching and guest lecturing on ECommerce Strategy, Marketing and Operations, Digital and Social Media, Analytics, Internet and Information Systems at a number of colleges including: St. John's University [at both Tobin College of Business and College of Professional Studies], CUNY Baruch College [NY City and Singapore], and SUNY at Old Westbury.

Mr. Bogner is a global eCommerce innovator since 1996. Current roles include as the Global eCommerce Enterprise Digital Architect + Emerging Market Ecosystems Strategist + Food Business Chief Enterprise Architect - for world's largest pet, confectionary and food CPG.
He is a think-tank futurist; startup, enterprise, community and academic board advisor, inventor, author, writer, and renowned keynote speaker. Former tenures with J&J Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products, Accenture eCommerce, IBM - six startups - and as CIO (Chief Information Officer), CTO (Chief Technology Officer), Vice President of Corporate Development, Product Management, Analytics and Innovations Strategy.

Mr. Bogner's expertise also includes cross-border eCommerce regulation; data privacy (CCPA, ADA, GDPR, HIPPA); online content management; payment card processing; digital and mobile content regulation.

Mr. Bogner has in-depth experience, and is a long-time global expert in foundational eCommerce including eCommerce and eRetail Digital-Shelf product information optimization, Product Content and Digrtal Assets content syndication, data, system-of-record and source-of-truth strategies - enabling Ecommerce data feed creation and distribution to Mars global retail customers (Walmart, Amazon, Costco, Kroger, Carrefour, Tesco and others) sell Mars and Johnson and Johnson (and 3M.
