Bio
Sociology of Law captures my interest in the legal responses to social problems. I am a "court watcher" and eagerly await the first Monday in October when the United States Supreme Court starts their new session.
Recent honors include receiving a Fulbright Senior Specialist award, serving as a visiting scholar at the Institute of Criminology at the University of Cambridge, serving as a Research Associate at The Center for Children, Families & the Law at Hofstra University School of Law where I co-authored a report about youth at-risk on Long Island and serving as an Associate Member of University Seminar on Drugs & Society at Columbia University.
