Bio
Dr. Carol Alberts received her Doctorate of Education from St. John's University in Instructional Leadership with a specialization in School Law and an M.S. degree from The Pennsylvania State University in Sport Psychology. Dr. Alberts Chaired the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences from 1988 to 1995. She has most recently authored a text on sport and character development and has focused her professional energies on speaking and writing in the areas of teacher and coaching education. She is a folio reviewer for the National Council for Coaching Education. She also serves as a risk management and liability consultant for Physical Education and Athletics. Dr. Alberts has most recently been appointed a Fellow of the Mendelson Center for Sport, Character and Culture at Notre Dame.
