Bio

Dr. Sessions holds a B.Sc. (with honors) in zoology and psychology from London University, an M.B.A. from Adelphi University, and an M.Phil. and a Ph.D. in statistics and operations research from New York University.

Prior to teaching at Hofstra, Dr. Sessions taught at New York University. He has acted as a consultant to private industry and local government and has co-authored articles in the Journal of Forecasting, the Journal of Post-Keynesian Economics, Social Indicators Research, Central Business Review, the European Journal of Marketing, Education Economics and the International Review of Applied Economics. In 1989 and 1991, he presented papers at the Ninth and Eleventh Symposia of the International Institute of Forecasters. Dr. Sessions has also co-authored papers presented at national and regional proceedings. His primary research interests are in the areas of time series analysis and multivariate analysis.

Dr. Sessions is a member of the American Statistical Association.
