Bio

Katie Sell, PhD, NSCA-CSCS, TSAC-F, ACSM EP-C is a Professor in the Department of Allied Health and Kinesiology at Hofstra University, where she coordinates the undergraduate Exercise Physiology program. She currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in exercise physiology, anatomy and physiology, physical fitness assessment, programming, interpretation of research, and foundations of strength and conditioning. Her primary research interests lie in the area of physical activity promotion amongst college students, and wildland firefighter health, fitness and and fitness assessment.
