From coordinating dates to selecting a venue to catering needs, the team was there to answer and execute each detail without hesitation. Doll Study Club of Long Island
The Doll Study Club of Long Island has been holding doll shows for 40+ years.
Last year we decided to have our event at Hofstra University and could not be any more satisfied.
The location along with access to bathrooms and the food court are extremely convenient, and working with Conference Services has been a true pleasure.
Nathanya has made the process extremely easy and Conference Services has been accommodating and quick to respond to any questions and issues that arose.
Last year both vendors and attendees all had high praise for this location.
We could not be more pleased and Hofstra is now our permanent home each year for our show and sale.

We chose Hofstra for our venue because it’s a central location for our audience, the campus is also beautiful, and the room options were exactly what we were looking for!
They allowed us to view the space and have multiple meetings so we can have an idea of how the day was going to run which helped ensure our conference ran smoothly. There was a lot of communication that went on between our first and last meeting. Everyone was very patience and flexible when it came to all the details of the event. The day went very smooth, there were people around to help us out with minor details, and everything we asked to be set up in advance was set up when we arrived.
