The primary objective of the Track and Field Camp is to provide athletes with a comprehensive and immersive experience in various events of track and field. Throughout the week, campers engage in dynamic training sessions focused on fundamental techniques, strength conditioning, and skill development across disciplines such as sprinting, hurdles, jumping events, throws, and long-distance running. The camp aims to foster a supportive learning environment where campers can enhance their athletic abilities, build confidence, and cultivate teamwork and sportsmanship. Through a combination of hands-on instruction, practice drills, and friendly competitions, the camp seeks to instill a passion for track and field while equipping young athletes with the tools and knowledge to excel in their athletic pursuits both on and off the track.
