Note:
A Medication Request Form must be filled out by your child's physician, and must either be sent into the camp office ahead of time or accompany the medication being dropped off.

Medication must be in the original container, including the label with your campers name, dosage, and the prescriber's name.

Cartooning Workshop Camp 2025

For Campers Entering Grades 6-10
Session 3: July 28 - August 8
Session 4: August 11 - August 15

Write! Draw! Ink!
The Hofstra Summer Camps cartooning workshop allows experienced cartoonists as well as those who are new to cartooning to learn the process from creation to publication. Campers create their own characters, write and draw their own stories, and create color comics. The culminating project is a collaborative comic book.

Session 3 Schedule: For campers entering 2-5 grade your morning will be in the program that you choose and the afternoon will be in a recreation group of 8-10 campers of the same grade and gender where all campers enjoy lunch, instructional swim and recreational sports. For campers entering 6-10 grade your morning will be in a recreation group of 8-10 campers of the same grade and gender where all campers enjoy lunch, instructional swim and recreational sports, and your afternoon will be in the program that you choose.

Session 4 Schedule: This is a full day program spent learning the process of cartooning.
