Discover the essentials of beauty in our fun and exciting hands-on class for all! Campers will learn the basics of hair care, nail care, and skin care while building confidence and self-care habits. Whether you like nail art, facials, creating hair styles or the latest make up trends, this hands-on experience is perfect for exploring personal style and healthy routines. Join us and make beauty a part of your journey! All campers will create their very own skin care scrub.
Schedule: This is a full day program in Beauty and Beyond, which will take place at Nassau BOCES Joseph M. Barry Career & Technical Education Center. All classes take place at the Nassau BOCES Barry Tech campus between 10am-3pm. If you opt to use Hofstra Summer Camps transportation camp times will vary.

Please note that opening of on-campus summer camp or any on-campus programs will be subject to all then-current New York State and Nassau County Department of Health requirements and guidance. Any individual visiting the Hofstra campus or attending on-campus programs or camps will be required to follow all such rules and University policies relating to health and safety. Participants will be notified of University policies prior to the start of any on-campus program.
Note: A Medication Request Form must be filled out by your child's physician, and must either be sent into the camp office ahead of time or accompany the medication being dropped off.
Medication must be in the original container, including the label with your campers name, dosage, and the prescriber's name.
