Note: A Medication Request Form must be filled out by your child's physician, and must either be sent into the camp office ahead of time or accompany the medication being dropped off.
Medication must be in the original container, including the label with your campers name, dosage, and the prescriber's name.
Coaches will encourage player skill development and campers will receive instruction and the opportunity to practice in competitive games and drills.

What to Bring / Wear
Each camper should wear daily: cotton T-shirt, athletic shorts, and, field hockey stick, mouth-guard, and sneakers. Campers must also bring a water bottle.
Bathing suit and towel will be needed on assigned swim days.
Note: NO CLEATS WILL BE ALLOWED ON FIELD HOCKEY TURF, ONLY SNEAKERS

Please note that opening of on-campus summer camp or any on-campus programs will be subject to all then-current New York State and Nassau County Department of Health requirements and guidance. Any individual visiting the Hofstra campus or attending on-campus programs or camps will be required to follow all such rules and University policies relating to health and safety. Participants will be notified of University policies prior to the start of any on-campus program.
