We strongly encourage any student who is on campus and needs urgent counseling support after hours to contact Hofstra’s Department of Public Safety at 516-463-6789. The Department of Public Safety can connect the student with an on-call counselor from Student Counseling Services. For urgent care when off campus, students should call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
