For Hofstra Celebrates the Holidays 2008, 19 student organizations came together to build the annual holiday village. This year's theme was New York City buildings and holiday landmarks. In only six days, students built a beautiful village and created one-of-a-kind buildings with interactive displays.
The Hofstra community was invited to vote for their favorite building/holiday landmark on Monday, December 10, 2008. Groups were judged on Best Scenery, Most Innovative Design, Most Creative Use of Materials, and Most Beautiful Display.
