The 27th Annual Hofstra Gala honored Kathleen Gallo, PhD, MBA, RN, FAAN, founding dean and professor, Hofstra Northwell School of Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies. The event took place on Thursday, May 4, 2023.

Dean Gallo, who is also an executive-in-residence at Northwell Health, is an innovator who has dedicated her career to advancing a holistic approach to health care and education, and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in medicine.
